Main ingredients
170 g chicken thigh
30 g onion
0 g cabbage
50 g sweet potato
1 Cheongyang pepper
1 red bell pepper
3 perilla leaves
10 g oil
150 g water
Seasoning and sauce ingredients
Haechandle 100 g Korean rice-based Taeyangcho chili paste,
30 g chili powder
10 g soy sauce
20 g cooking wine
10 g Sweet Tree allulose, 30 g xylose sugar
30 g minced garlic
5 g minced ginger
Baksul health lignan
10 g sesame oil,
2 g curry powder

Recipe Chuncheon Dakgalbi:
Cut the chicken thighs into 1.5 cm squares with the skin still attached.
Cut the onion, cabbage, sweet potato and perilla leaves into 1.5 x 5 cm pieces.
Chop the Cheongyang bell pepper and red bell pepper diagonally.
Add all ingredients except the perilla leaves, Cheongyang pepper, red bell pepper and [Dakgalbi seasoning] to a pan greased with cooking oil and sauté over medium heat.
When the chicken thighs and sweet potatoes are cooked, add the perilla leaves, Cheongyang pepper and red bell pepper.
