El Cho-Vocho with Tequila
Ingredients 4 People
2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce
10 fresh mint leaves
10 fresh coriander leaves
125 ml of pineapple juice
Preparation:
Puree Chipotle hot sauce, mint and cilantro in a blender until smooth.
Add the pineapple juice then divide into small glasses accompanied by tequila.
