Traditional Glögg (Swedish Mulled Wine)
Ingredients
1 bottle of red wine
1 spoon of blond cane sugar
90 ml of aquavit made from bitter orange
1 Orange
50 g Malaga AOC raisins
1 spoon of cardammom
1 spoon of ginger
1 stick of cinnamon
50 g flaked almonds
A few cloves
Preparation :
In a saucepan, pour the wine, spirits, sugar, cardamom and cloves.
Heat over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add the raisins, ginger, cinnamon and almonds.
Infuse for 45 minutes over low heat.
