Zaatar salmon steak with Lebanese tabbouleh

Zaatar
(Zaatar is a traditional blend of spices and aromatic plants from the Middle East, mild and fragrant. Also known as Zahtar or Za'atar, this delicious blend consists of thyme, sesame seeds and sumac).
olive oil
Salt
White pepper

Preparation:
Remove the bones from the salmon using a pair of fishbone tongs.
Season your salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
Mix the zaatar with the olive oil.
Marinate the steaks in this sauce.
Steam for 6 minutes.

Serve on a bed of tabbouleh.
