Here is a simple and delicious recipe for cod fillet with spicy butter:
Ingredients :
4 cod fillets
50g butter
2 tablespoons of neutral oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and ground black pepper
1 lemon juice
6 Candied lemon zest
30 cl of crème fraîche
Instructions :
Season the cod fillets with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the oil.
