Salpicón montaditos with crab
Crab salpicón is a fresh and delicious dish that is usually served as an appetizer or starter. Here is a recipe for making crab salpicón montaditos:
Ingredients
1 pack of small BUITONI wafers (160g)
350 g crab meat (sticks)
50 g stuffed olives
1 clove of garlic
50 g light mayonnaise sauce
50 g green pepper
50 g red onion
50 g of red pepper and white pepper
Elaboration
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Arrange the wafers on a sheet of baking paper, prick them with a fork and bake them in the oven for 5 or 6 minutes (until they are golden brown). Finely chop the crab sticks and mix them with the garlic and onion cloves which are nicely browned. also chopped and finely chopped olives and peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise sauce and mix. Spread the splashes on the pads.
