Pasta Spinach Oven Baked Macaroni Cheese Onion by Oscar Sanz
Ingredients
350 grams of macaroni
Baby spinach
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 thin slices of Serrano ham
250 grams of mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons grated cheese
Salt

Cook the pasta
Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Clean the spinach, wash and drain as well.

3. Add the mozzarella
Add the pasta, season with salt and pepper and add the drained and diced mozzarella. Stir and transfer to a baking dish greased with half the butter. Sprinkle with the cheese, add some of the remaining butter and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º.
