Apples stuffed with foie gras and morello cherries

4 Apples
160g Raw foie gras
4 Tbsp. tbsp Morello cherries in syrup
1 Pinch 4 spices
Gingerbread
Salt
Pepper
Realization;
Soak your peeled and cored apples with a little water at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
Once cooked let them cool
Stuff the apples with diced foie gras and morello cherries flavored with four spices
Bake for 10 minutes
Serve the stuffed apples on gingerbread squares
