For 4 people :
1 bunch of purslane in summer and lamb's lettuce in winter
1 bunch of fresh mint
4 beef heart tomatoes (Or Lebanese Omar if you can)
1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
1 cucumber
5 radishes
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt,
1 pinch of pepper
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried mint
2 level teaspoons of sumac (An oriental spice with tangy and lemony notes)
1 Lebanese bread (Ingredients Pita bread cooked in a pan - 400 g flour · 1 dehydrated baker's bag (6 or 7 grams) · 1 tsp salt · 1 tsp sugar)
