Duck confit with pears and potatoes
Ingredients:
Duck confit
Pears
Butter
Cane sugar
Potato
Duck fat
Salt
Pepper
Elaboration:
Brown your quartered pears in butter.
Once golden, pour in the cane sugar to caramelize them.
Cook your potatoes, previously cut into the shape of large fries, in the duck fat.
Cook your confit over low heat
Salt and pepper
Dress up
