Pad Thai Shrimp Tofu ผัดไทยเต้าหู้กุ้ง
Pad Thai Ingredients
1 tablespoon of shrimp oil
1 tablespoon of dried shrimp
1 tablespoon radish
3 tablespoons firm tofu, cut into sticks
8 fresh shrimp
Pad Thai noodles soaked in water 150 grams
2 ladles of Pad Thai sauce
100 grams of bean sprouts
Chives leaves 30 grams
2 duck eggs
Bean sprouts (for side dishes)
Chives (to serve as a side dish)
Ground peanuts (serve as a side dish)
Sugar (to serve as an accompaniment)
Ground chili pepper (to serve as a side dish)
Lemon (to serve as an accompaniment)

How to make Pad Thai
STEP 1: Prepare the Pad Thai sauce
Simmer Pad Thai By simmering the coconut sugar, fish sauce and tamarind until melted, then set aside.
Add the sugar and simmer with the fish sauce and tamarind juice.
Simmer until ingredients melt together.
STEP 2: Sauté the ingredients
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the shrimp fat, shallots, radishes and tofu and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and stir. When the shrimps are cooked, add the Pad Thai noodles. Stir-fry until the noodles are cooked and tender. Then add the sauce and stir.
Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shrimp.
Add the Pad Thai noodles and stir.
STEP 3: Mix with the eggs and serve.
After stir-frying the noodles with the sauce, add the bean sprouts, chives and duck eggs. Wait for the duck eggs to start cooking. Then stir until everything is mixed.
Collect and serve. Complete with side dishes
