Vegan Wrap

Here is a recipe to prepare a delicious vegan wrap:

Ingredients :

    * Wheat or corn tortillas (make sure they are vegan)
    * Marinated or cooked diced tofu
    * Green salad (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
    * Grated carrots
    *Mexican sauce (you can use hot sauce, salsa or tomato based sauce)
    * Fresh mint leaves
    * Cucumbers, diced or thinly sliced

Instructions :

   1. Prepare all your ingredients by cutting the vegetables and preparing the tofu.
   2. Heat the tortillas slightly if desired, this will make them softer and easier to handle.
   3. On each tortilla, place a handful of green salad in the center.
   4. Add a portion of tofu to the salad.
   5. Spread the grated carrots over the tofu.
   6. Add a tablespoon of Mexican sauce to the carrots.
   7. Arrange a few fresh mint leaves on the sauce.
   8. Add the diced cucumber to the mint leaves.
   9. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly to form a wrap.
  10. Repeat process for other tortillas and ingredients.
  11. You can cut the wraps in half for easier eating or leave them whole.
  12. Serve your vegan wraps with lemon wedges or lime wedges for an extra touch of freshness.

It's ready ! You now have fresh and delicious vegan wraps. You can also serve them with corn chips or raw vegetables for a complete meal. Enjoy your food !
