Greek Burger with Ground Beef and Tzatziki
Ingredients:
- Buns (hamburger buns)
- Ground beef butcher-style
- Tzatziki sauce (see recipe below)
- Cucumber slices
- Lettuce
- Mint leaves
Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Greek yogurt (sheep's milk)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cucumber
- Garlic
- Fresh mint and cilantro bunch
Preparation:
- Grate the cucumber and let it drain for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, finely chopped mint and cilantro, yogurt, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate.
Serve the sauce very cold with Greek bread as an appetizer or starter, or use it to accompany your Greek burger.
