Bruschetta with Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil Olive Oil
Ingredients :
- Slice of sourdough bread
- Prosciutto di Parma
- Mozzarella di Bufala AOP
- Tomato
- Basil olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions :

Preheat the oven :
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). -
Prepare the bread :
Cut slices of sourdough bread and toast them in the oven or on a skillet until golden and crispy. -
Assemble the ingredients :
On each slice of toasted bread, place a slice of Prosciutto di Parma.
Add a slice of Mozzarella di Bufala AOP on top of the ham.
Slice the tomato and place the slices on the mozzarella. -
Add the basil olive oil :
Drizzle each bruschetta with a little basil olive oil to enhance the flavor. -
Garnish :
Top each bruschetta with a few fresh basil leaves for a fresh and aromatic flavor. -
Serve :
Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack, and enjoy!
