Bruschetta with Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil Olive Oil

Ingredients :

  • Slice of sourdough bread
  • Prosciutto di Parma
  • Mozzarella di Bufala AOP
  • Tomato
  • Basil olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven :
    Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Prepare the bread :
    Cut slices of sourdough bread and toast them in the oven or on a skillet until golden and crispy.

  3. Assemble the ingredients :
    On each slice of toasted bread, place a slice of Prosciutto di Parma.
    Add a slice of Mozzarella di Bufala AOP on top of the ham.
    Slice the tomato and place the slices on the mozzarella.

  4. Add the basil olive oil :
    Drizzle each bruschetta with a little basil olive oil to enhance the flavor.

  5. Garnish :
    Top each bruschetta with a few fresh basil leaves for a fresh and aromatic flavor.

  6. Serve :
    Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack, and enjoy!
