SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN AND LEMON CREAM SAUCE
Here's a simple and delicious recipe for spaghetti with chicken and lemon cream sauce:
Ingredients:
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions, until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta cooking water.

Prepare the chicken: Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

Add the garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.

Add the lemon: Add the zest and juice of the lemon to the pan. Stir to coat the chicken well.

Make the sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low and pour the heavy cream into the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
