Camembert Cheese Omelette with Normandy Cream

Ingredients:
- 3 fresh eggs
- 50 g of camembert (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil (olive oil or other)
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Normandy cream
- A pinch of salt (optional)

Prepare the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt (if desired) and pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until the mixture is well combined. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Normandy cream for an even creamier and richer texture.

Heat the pan: In a pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Mix the two fats together to prevent the butter from burning.
