Bruschetta with Smoked Salmon, Fresh Cheese, and Dill
Ingredients:
- Sourdough cereal bread slice
- Smoked salmon
- Fresh cheese
- Fresh dill
- Lemon
Accompaniment:
- Mâche salad
- Cherry tomatoes
- Lemon vinaigrette
Instructions:

Prepare the bread:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cut slices of sourdough cereal bread and toast them lightly in the oven or on a skillet until golden and crispy. -
Prepare the topping:
Spread a generous layer of fresh cheese on each toasted bread slice.
Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cheese. -
Add dill and lemon:
Sprinkle fresh dill over the smoked salmon.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness. -
Accompaniment:
For the accompaniment, prepare a mâche salad and add halved cherry tomatoes.
