Bruschetta with Smoked Salmon, Fresh Cheese, and Dill
Ingredients:

  • Sourdough cereal bread slice
  • Smoked salmon
  • Fresh cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon

Accompaniment:

  • Mâche salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lemon vinaigrette

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread:
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Cut slices of sourdough cereal bread and toast them lightly in the oven or on a skillet until golden and crispy.

  2. Prepare the topping:
    Spread a generous layer of fresh cheese on each toasted bread slice.
    Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cheese.

  3. Add dill and lemon:
    Sprinkle fresh dill over the smoked salmon.
    Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
