Instructions:
Prepare the arancini:
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice with the tomato sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Take a portion of this mixture and form arancini balls.
- Roll each ball in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the arancini until golden.
- Remove them and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.

- Toast the burger buns.
- On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, the beef patty, and add one or more arancini balls.
